Jiang Jiaxian, born in 1965, graduated from Southwest University of Science and Technology with an academic background in construction management. He has held key positions at numerous enterprises, and in each role, his outstanding abilities and exceptional leadership skills have driven significant growth and transformation for the companies he has served. In 1987, he served as the factory director at the smelting plant in Zhehai Town, Huize County.
In 1990, served as deputy manager at the Zehai Construction Engineering Company in Huize County.
In 1999, served as manager at Zhenhai Construction Company in Huize County.
In 2005, served as manager at Huize Xinye Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.
Studied Architectural Management at Southwest University of Science and Technology in 2008.
In 2010, served as manager at Huize County Xinhai Gas Co., Ltd.
Since 2011, has served as the General Manager of the Shenlong Oxygen Factory in Longling County.
Since 2013, has served as General Manager at Longling County Songshan Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. and continues to hold this position to the present day.
Since 2020, has served as General Manager at Yongsheng Gas Co., Ltd. in Longling County.
