Hydrogen Energy: The hydrogen purification unit planned and under construction at the Shenlong Oxygen Plant can increase the purity of industrial byproduct hydrogen to 99.999%, meeting the requirements of hydrogen refueling stations for fuel cell vehicles. Currently, we are collaborating with Baoshan Energy Development Group to explore a comprehensive “green electricity—water electrolysis for hydrogen production—storage and transportation—application” value chain model.
Nitrogen Purging: During natural gas pipeline maintenance, nitrogen is injected to displace flammable gases, thereby preventing explosion accidents. This plant provides mobile nitrogen purging services for the China-Myanmar Natural Gas Pipeline (Baoshan Section), with annual service mileage exceeding 200 kilometers.
Wastewater treatment
Ozone (O₃) is produced from oxygen via high-voltage discharge and possesses strong oxidizing properties, enabling it to decompose organic substances, heavy metal ions, and color in wastewater. The Shenlong Oxygen Plant supplies high-purity oxygen to the sewage treatment plant in the Baoshan Industrial and Trade Park, serving as a feedstock for ozone generators and ensuring that the effluent water quality meets the Class I A standard set forth in the "Emission Standards for Pollutants from Urban Sewage Treatment Plants."
